In consideration of my being permitted to participate IN A VENDOR MARKET LOCATED AT BOSQUE SQUARE SHOPPING CENTER, HOSTED BY SKELLINGTON CURIOSITIES AND OR THE JAUNTY JUNGLE, I agree to ASSUME ANY AND ALL RISKS OF INJURY OR DAMAGE both personal and to others, which might be associated with or result from my participation in this event.
I further agree to RELEASE FROM LIABILITY TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS the organizers and sponsors of this event, Skellington Curiosities and their owner, agents, landowners, affiliated companies and employees for any damage or injury to myself or to any person or property, whether caused by their negligence or for any other reason, in any way connected with my preparation or practice for, or my participation in this event.
I consent that Skellington Curiosities shall have the absolute right and permission to publish any and all photographic portraits, videos, film or pictures taken of me while attending in this event.
I, the undersigned, have carefully read and understood this agreement and all of its terms. I understand that this is a release of liability which will legally prevent me or any other person from filing suit or making any other legal claim for damages in the event of injury to me and others including personal and property. I nevertheless enter into this agreement freely and voluntarily and agree that it is binding upon me, my heirs, assigns and legal representatives.
This is a binding contract that is intended to provide a comprehensive release of liability, but is not intended to assert any defenses that are prohibited by law. If any part of this contract is deemed unenforceable, all other parts shall be given full force and effect.
By submitting my event application, I agree to all terms listed in this contract.
