DAY OF INSTRUCTIONS: Arrive no earlier than 10:3am. Check in with Kylie so she can show you to your spot. Unload all of your items BEFORE setting anything up. Park in the lot across the street and then set up.

Day of instructions:
Set up time is from 10:30am to noon. The event starts promptly at noon so please make sure you’re setup is complete by then. Only a 10×10 tent is allowed. Every tent MUST have weights (at least 20lbs per leg) or you may be sent home. If you need to cancel your appearance you may. If your cancelation is before day of you will be issued a credit for the following month. Vendors who cancel day of will not be issued credit. No refunds will be given.
